Impact hockey focuses on core skill development following ADM (American Development Model) guidelines with additional focus on body/contact, battle skills and small area games (3 vs. 3).

 

Impact Coaches bring a variety of experience and professionalism from great programs such as New Trier, CYA, Fury, Winnetka & more.

 

Off-ice training is handled by strength and conditioning coaches.
