Week long camps that run throughout July. 3 hours on-ice & 1 hour off-ice. A blend of power-skating, ADM skill stations & small area games! Skaters are broken down into smaller groups by age & skill level. Drills become increasingly challenging as the week progresses. Off-ice training with strength & conditioning coaches. Includes customized jersey.
